Alfa Giulia Review For 2016

Alfa Giulia Review For 2016 1
Alfa’s Audi A4/BMW 3 Series/ Mercedes C Class challenger, the Giulia, arrives with four and six-cylinder engines, the latter being a 380kW twin turbo V6, “tuned by engineers with a Ferrari background”, says the press blurb, that will go into the top-spec Quadrifoglio all wheel-drive model and launch it to 100km/h in a claimed 3.9 seconds. Look out AMG C 63 S.
Elsewhere in the range, rear wheel drive is employed, with torque vectoring, and the Giulia sits on the longest wheelbase in the class so cabin space should be better than its German rivals.

Extensive use of aluminium, plus carbon fibre for the propshaft, bonnet and roof, also give the Giulia the best powerto-weight ratio in the class, according to Alfa.
No word on Alfa Giulia Price as yet, but if it’s going up against Audi, BMW and Merc, expect a mid $50K starting point for the four-cylinder models.
